本規約の範囲について
・本規約は、オオカナダモ（以下、作成者）が作成した3Dモデルデータ（以下、本データ）を使用する方（以下、利用者）に適用されます。
・本データは利用規約の範囲内に限り利用いただけます。
利用について
・個人・法人問わず本データの非営利・営利目的の使用を許可します。
・本データの利用者は、ゲーム等のアプリケーションに本データを利用する場合において、本データがアプリケーション使用者に容易に抽出されることのないよう、適切な措置を講じることとします。
禁止事項
・本データ自体を独立の取引対象として、非営利・営利目的の別に関わらず許可なく頒布することを禁じます。（二次配布禁止）（※1）（※2）
・名誉棄損、法律に反する使用はできません。
・利用者が本条項のいずれかに違反した場合は、作成者はいつでも使用を差し止めることができるものとします。
※1 VRChatにおいては、アバターペデスタルに本データを使用する行為も二次配布とみなし、禁止します
※2 VRChat、cluster.等のサービスにおいて、利用者自身が使用するアバターとしてアップロードする行為は例外的に許可します
免責事項
・作成者は、本データに関していかなる保証も行いません。
・本データの使用および本規約の変更に際して発生したいかなる事故および障害について、作成者は一切の責任を負いません。
その他
・作成者は本規約を変更できるものとします。作成者は本規約を変更する場合、作成者Twitterにて規約の変更を通知するものとします。また、規約の変更通知後に本データを利用したことをもって変更後の規約に同意したとみなします。
・本規約に定める条項の一部が無効とされた場合であっても他の条項の有効性に影響を与えないものとします。この場合、当該無効とされた条項は当初に意図された経済的目的が可能な限り達成できる有効な条項に当然に置き換えられるものとし、利用者はこれを承諾するものとします。
